Since our doors opened in 1982, Villa Majella (Vi-la Ma-jel-a) of Santa Barbara has supported hundreds of women in their decision to carry their babies to term under difficult life situations. Through our maternity home and outreach program, we equip and empower pregnant women for the future by offering them pregnancy care, education, and guidance whether they choose to personally parent or lovingly select an adoptive home. Our professional staff serves to inform, encourage, and assist our clients by providing them extensive services within a safe and nurturing environment that fosters their physical, social, emotional, and spiritual well being. We are a nonprofit and non-denominational organization funded largely by local foundations and individual donations.
