Direct Care Staff

The primary purpose of Direct Care Staff is to provide direct support for pregnant women and infants and to maintain a supportive communal living environment among Villa Majella's program participants. Direct Care Staff assists with the implementation of programming (the home) and provides direct day-to-day support to clients and transportation. The primary responsibility is to provide onsite supervision and assistance with daily activities in the following areas: perinatal support and accompaniment, adherence to individual program responsibilities, attendance at appointments, chores, meals, classes, curfew, and community-living requirements.

Evening Program Manager

The primary purpose of the Evening Program Manager is to provide direct support for individual program participants and to maintain a supportive communal living environment. The Evening Program Manager assists with implementation of evening programming and provides direct day-to-day support to clients and transportation.  The primary responsibility is to provide support for case management and onsite supervision and assistance with daily activities in the following areas: adherence to individual program responsibilities, attendance at appointments, chores, meals, classes, curfew, and community-living requirements.  Other responsibilities of the role include providing support to the Executive Director in administrative, fundraising, communications, outreach, and volunteer engagement projects.
